Shipping & Returns

We dispatch our courier falcons (and standard postal services) within 1-2 business days of your order. Once your loot has left our guild hall, you will receive a tracking scroll via email.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (via Caravan)
• Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (via Teleport Circle)
• International: 7-14 business days (depending on local customs/guards)

*Free shipping on all orders over 50gp ($50 USD).

If your potion (coffee) does not grant the expected buffs, or if it was damaged in battle (transit), you may invoke the Rite of Return within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, send a raven to support@blackroguecoffee.com with your Order ID.

Note: We cannot accept returns on bags that have been more than 50% consumed by goblins (or you).
