When submitting an estimate request on our homepage or contact layouts, we collect:

• Physical Service Address (for geographical project routing)
• Direct Telephone Number (for estimate scheduling and verification)
• Email Address (for transactional receipt and quote proposals)
• Structural Project Notes (regarding leaf guard or woodwork requirements)

3. Secure Database Ingestion & Storage

All submitted lead forms are encrypted in transit via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. If Firebase environment variables are actively mapped, data is written directly to Google Cloud Firestore databases under secure administrative read-write rules. In staging or local review conditions, leads are stored safely in standard client-side browser LocalStorage.

Administrative dashboard access to view, update, or archive lead files is strictly password-protected and limited solely to owner Derek Agnew.

4. Your Privacy Choices & Control

You retain absolute legal authority over your personal datasets. If you have submitted your details and wish to have your lead database file deleted, archived, or corrected, you may contact owner Derek Agnew directly at derek@tristateguttermasters.com. All data purge requests will be manually processed and finalized in our database systems within 48 operational hours.
